The Free Teleseminar Starts Soon!
Published: Thu, 03/31/11
Hi ,
Don't forget the free live tele-seminar on working with note investors is TONIGHT -- 6 p.m. Pacific / 7 p.m. Mountain / 8 p.m. Central / 9 p.m. Eastern time.
Call (712) 451-6000, Access Code: 903809# at the time it starts.
Our guest will be Dave Krunic, the Executive Vice President of Reliant Financial Inc., in Houston, TX. His career in the discounted note business dates to 1988, facilitating the purchase and resale of hundreds of millions of dollars of RTC/FDIC and owner-financed paper. His company purchases residential, business, unsecured and hard-to-place notes. Since 1998, Dave has served as a principal and final funding source in the seller-financed arena, purchasing on all property types in most states. Dave and his company hold all acquisitions to full term and manage the servicing in-house.
I'll be asking Dave questions such as:
How can someone tell the difference between a true investor and an impostor (a broker who claims to be an investor)? What are some key "test" questions to ask someone who says they are an end-investor?
What are some of the biggest mistakes you see note brokers making?
What's a reasonable spread between what the investor quotes and what a broker quotes the note seller?
Are those Internet note listing sites a good place to buy and sell notes? Why or why not?
And I'll be taking YOUR questions as well. Send your questions for Dave to me (wjm@PaperSourceOnline.com) either now or during the teleseminar, and I'll get to as many as I can.
Don't forget -- tonight, 6 p.m. Pacific, 9 p.m. Eastern, (712) 451-6000, Access Code: 903809#
Cheers,
Bill
