Free Teleseminar Tomorrow -- Stop The Fed
Published: Mon, 07/18/11
Good morning ,
Because of the necessity of stopping the Federal Reserve from
enacting a rule that could effectively prohibit seller
installment sales of property (seller "financing"), you are
invited to participate in a PAPER SOURCE teleseminar TOMORROW,
TUESDAY, JULY 19 with Ric Thom, president of Security
Escrow (www.securityescrow.com), who is an expert on this.
It starts at 6 p.m. Pacific / 7 p.m. Mountain / 8 p.m.
Central / 9 p.m. Eastern time tomorrow, Tuesday.
To listen in, call (712) 451-6000, Access Code: 903809#
when it starts in your time zone (Magic Jack may not work).
If you have questions you may e-mail them to me any time
before or during the teleseminar: wjm@PaperSourceOnline.com
More information on the issue is here: http://bit.ly/nxf0Jq
Please leave a comment on that page and also, even more
important, go here and tell the Federal Reserve to exempt
individual property sellers from the rule:

The deadline to comment to the Fed is this Friday, July 22.
When the SAFE Act came out it was unclear whether or not
you could use seller financing on property other than your
personal residence. I am told by a regulator that HUD was
stunned by the 5000 comments we all sent. And we won!
Their final rule says you can use seller installment sales
on any of your properties.
We need to make sure that the Fed gets the message as well.
Thank you for your help!
Regards,
Bill
