Would you do me a quick favor?

Simon White's important article on Internet marketing for
note brokers and investors is below, but I wanted you to
be aware of this first...
The deadline to save $100 on The Paper Source Note Symposium was
midnight. Little did I know that sometime before that the website
crashed! When you went to www.PaperSourceSeminars.com you got
this message:
"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the
site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again
later."
I discovered it about 10:30 this morning! I called Simon White in a
panic (he's our IT guy and web marketing guru who is also teaching
at the Symposium); he says that so many people went to the site
that it just couldn't handle the traffic. A curse and a blessing,
I guess. Simon fixed it right away.
But who knows how many people wanted to get in under the deadline
but couldn't access the site?
I think it's only fair to them, and to you if you are thinking
about going, to extend the $100 off deadline until midnight
this Monday PDT.
So that's what we've done. And we've increased our bandwidth
to handle more traffic.
Would you do me a quick favor? Please test it out now. If it
survives hundreds of people testing it around the same time, I know
we're OK: just click on www.PaperSourceSeminars.com
Following is an important article by Simon to help you build
your online note business. He'll be going into much more
detail at the Symposium, where you'll be able to get personal
consultations with him at no cost.
Cheers,

P.S. Simon says that some shady marketers have a deadline and then
claim their site went down as an excuse to extend it --
he says this may be the first time that it's actually true!

Online Reputation for Note Brokers and Real Estate Investors
by Simon White www.localblitz.com
Why is your online reputation so important?
In today's society with so many horror stories of people getting
ripped off, people want to work with people they can trust. The
real estate world unfortunately is full of rip off artists and they
have made it harder for note brokers and real estate investors to
be trusted.
How Do People Know They Can Trust You?
With the advent of a little company called "Google," they simple go
to google.com and type in:
Your Name
Your Name and "Scam"
Your Name and "Rip Off"
You Name and
If you are going to make it in this business, your reputation is
everything. Foremost, you need to be "findable" online. All of my
clients sites get traffic from people searching for their name,
company officers or key employee names, company name, and company
products. You need to ensure that you are found for these terms.
At the very least you should own the following domain names if
available:
1. YourName.com (also .net and .org)
2. YourCompanyName.com (.net and .org)
Other sites you should have are:
Facebook.com/YourName - User Name
Facebook.com/YourCompanyName - Business Page
LinkedIn.com/user/YourName
Twitter.com/YourName and Company Name
Pinterest.com/YourName
Google Authorship Helps Build Credibility
When you search Google, you will see many of the top results of
articles now have pictures of the author. This is achieved by
embedding some authorship code in the actual website. If you have a
wordpress website, there are many plugins that will allow you to
control the authorship of the content of the site.
Example 1: Google "Note Brokering"-- You will see a picture of
me next to the papersourceonline.com.
This is because I am the author of some of the posts on the
papersource site. Every business website should claim the
authorship of their content as it helps with credibility and
branding.
To become the real trusted source, dominating page one of Google
for your name or company name can really help improve your
visibility, credibility and profitability.
One incredibly powerful method is to use You Tube Videos, since
Google owns it.
Example 2: Google "Note Brokering" again - You will see a video
titled "Note Brokering - 13 Key Questions to Ask Note Holders"
With your local businesses, you can virtually take over the front
page using a combination of:
Google+ Local Page (Formerly Google Places)
Yelp Pages (Correctly SEO Optimized)
BBB Pages (Better if you have a A+ Rating)
Meetup.com - Having a meet up group relevant to your business can be
a very powerful tool for lead generation
Trulia pages rank well for Real Estate and Mortgages
Local Niche Specific Directories
Multiple Videos
So using a combination of your site(s), local directories, review
sites, video and other authority sites you can build up your online
credibility that will ultimately help you do more business.
