Hi ,
The latest news about notes & real estate is below. This week it is heavy on real estate. But remember that this has a direct bearing on what notes are worth. So we all need to be aware of trends in real estate.
I've been investing in real estate since 1981, and in notes a few years later. That's when I discovered that note investors never get calls from tenants!. I still love real estate, even enjoy (I won't say "love") managing property.
You probably know that most real estate and note seminars are rip-offs. You spend money to get to a free or low-cost "seminar" or "convention" and what do you get? The upsell. "Today only, you can get my $XX,000 course for only $X,000!"
Gag me with a spoon.
(Discounted notes are often called discounted paper.) Most of these real estate and note seminar "experts" think that discounted paper means that the Safeway has a sale on Charmin.
After a lot of years trying to help people stay clear of these crooks, I almost never recommend any seminar. I can count on one hand -- literally -- the times I have. This is one of those rare times.
I got to know Gordon Moss about 15 years ago. I was impressed with his note and real estate background, but most of all, his humility. In the years since, I have spend a lot of time with him.
I even invited him, several tomes, to teach at our annual convention, the Paper Source Note Symposium. That is because he is the real deal. No hype, no "buy my course before the price goes up in the next 2 minutes," none of that B.S.
Gordon has decided to give a one day Zoom course. He just wrote it. He's never given it before, and I doubt if he will again (way too much work!). He calls it "Real Estate and Note Investing: The Why, What, When and HOW of What to do Now."
He is teaching it live this Saturday, Dec. 12, for 6+ hours. Gordon will be providing a wealth of information and strategies, many of which he has never shared before.
He will also be taking your questions.
If you have been in notes for awhile, you already know that Gordon is admired by veteran note investors across the country. He's been in the game for over 35 years, and now his passion is to give you what he has learned.
"I’m known as the non-performing junior lien expert, but this real estate and note investing class will have that and much more." ~ Gordon Moss
I almost forgot to tell you: Your ticket includes non-expiring access to the video! You can review it any time on any device.
Cheers,
